MISSION
To make people’s lives better.

The Provocare Foundation was established following the development of the activities of the Provocare Institute – the Institute of the Provocative Approach agreed to in 2010 by Franka Farrelly – the founder of Provocative Therapy.
The MAIN OBJECTIVE of the Provocare Foundation is to work for the public benefit in the areas of supporting the comprehensive development of society, building and maintaining well-being and mental health based on the provocative approach and derived and co-occurring methods.
It will achieve this objective by:
- Disseminating and popularising the method
- Developing the method in different contexts and spaces
- Shaping the ethical and moral code of provocative work and the axiology and philosophy of working and understanding the human being in the provocative stream
- Conducting research on the method
- Conducting educational projects, workshops, etc.
- Conducting therapies, coaching, support processes in the stream or with elements of the provocative approach
- Building a space for the continuous exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of provocative methods of work with people and creating opportunities for exploration of the space of continuous work
WITHIN THE FOUNDATION
ACTIVITY
CENTRE FOR DEVELOPMENT
Aimed at:
- organising and running development, educational and workshop activities for the Provocative community and Beneficiaries of the Foundation’s activities
- running the Provocative Laboratory for the development of competences and practical skills of practitioners of provocativity
- running group and individual supervisions and intervisions
- running campaigns and social, psychological, artistic, etc. projects based on provocative and derivative methods.
THERAPY AND COACHING CENTRE
Aimed at:
- conducting sessions and processes of therapy, support, development and coaching in the provocative stream and/or with the use of elements of the provocative approach in sessions conducted with other methods
- conducting therapy and support groups for the Foundation’s Beneficiaries
- conducting super-vision groups for practitioners of provocativeness
OŚRODEK BADAWCZY
Aimed at:
- popularizing the method
- developing and exploring the method
- designing and setting a framework for standards for teaching and practicing the Provocative Approach in various development, support and art contexts
- inviting and organizing workshops with renowned foreign trainers
- deepening and exploring knowledge and application of the method (including conducting research on the method)
- building a space for sharing experiences
conducting research on the method - creating a space for shaping ethical and professional attitudes in the context of using the method
- publishing publications, books and tools to support the development of skills and expand knowledge in the field of provocativity

ETHICS COMMISSION
Its purpose is to:
- promote ethical values resulting from the aims of the Foundation
- develop and update the Code of Ethics of the Provocative Approach and the Competence Model of the Practitioner and Supervisor of the method
- assess compliance with the ethical principles of applying the method
influence the elimination of acts and behaviours that are inconsistent with the ethical principles of applying the method and which contradict the aims of the Foundation - express opinions at the request of the Founder, the Board or the Council of the Foundation
- express opinions on areas and issues raised by people working with the Provocative Approach or their clients.
COUNCIL SCIENTIFIC-DIDACTIC COUNCIL
Its purpose is:
- to provide opinions and advice in the areas of projects and research using provocative and derivative methods
- to create frameworks and standards for the application of provocative methods and their research
- to professionalise the method in terms of practice, content and education.
FOUNDATION COUNCIL
Responsible for exercising control and supervision over the activities of the Foundation.
FOUNDATION BOARD
Responsible for managing the Foundation’s activities and represents the Foundation externally.
