Terms and Conditions for Registration and Participation in the 2nd International Provocative Approach Congress
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) define the rules for registration, as well as the terms of in-person and online participation of registered participants in the 2nd International Provocative Approach Congress (hereinafter referred to as the “Congress”), taking place in Warsaw and online on March 13–15, 2026.
The Organizer of the Congress is the Fundacja Provocare – Instytut Prowokatywności [Provocare Foundation – Institute of Provocative Approach], with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Esej 21/22 (01-923 Warsaw, Poland), entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001060239, NIP: 1182270087, REGON: 52647405000000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Organizer utilizes the support of its own team and Partner teams to organize the Congress.
Online communication will be streamed via the Zoom platform.
Online payments related to the organization of the Congress are processed by the Przelewy24 online payment service (hereinafter referred to as the “online payment gateway”), operated by PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań under number KRS 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068, share capital: PLN 5,476,300.00.
A prerequisite for participation in the Congress is reading and accepting these Regulations. By accepting the Regulations, the Participant agrees to all its provisions and undertakes to comply with them.
The official website of the Congress (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is located at: https://provocare.org, where latest information regarding the event, including the scheduled program, can be accessed.
The Organizer will make every effort to ensure that the published Congress program remains unchanged; however, the Organizer cannot rule out that modifications to the program may become necessary due to events beyond its control.
2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND CANCELLATION
Individuals who purchase a ticket and are admitted to the Congress premises during its occurrence (hereinafter referred to as: “Participants” or individually as a “Participant”) undertake to comply with the rules set forth in these Regulations.

In-person and online access to all Congress events: lectures, workshops, and panel discussions;
In-person and online access to the Special Event on March 13, 2026: a performance and the premiere of both a book and a documentary/reportage film;
90-day online access to the complete 1st and 2nd Congress Library.
Congress Package – Online | March 13–14, 2026
Ticket price includes:
Online access to lectures, workshops, and the panel discussion on March 13, 2026;
Online access to selected lectures and workshops on March 14, 2026*;
Online access to the Special Event: performance and the premiere of the book and documentary film;
30-day online access to the Congress Library containing recordings of online events from March 13–14, 2026.
Congress Package – In-Person | March 14–15, 2026
Ticket price includes:
In-person access on March 14–15, 2026, to lectures, workshops, and the panel discussion;
30-day access to the Congress Library for March 14, 2026.
Congress Special Event | March 13, 2026
Ticket price includes:
Performance: “Provocative-Improvised Pantomime”;
Premiere of the reportage/documentary film: “Frank, We Remember!”;
Premiere of the book: “Memories of Frank”.
Admission to the Congress is conditional upon meeting all of the following requirements cumulatively:
Registration for participation in the Congress by completing the registration form available at https://provocare.org/i-kongres-prowokatywnosci by March 10, 2026 (or until tickets sell out) for in-person attendance, and by March 10, 2026, for online attendance;
Payment of the ticket fee via the online payment gateway (failure to pay the ticket fee entitles the Organizer to cancel the registration);
Presentation of proof of purchase granting entry to the Congress during the event.
A single ticket grants admission to one person and is a bearer ticket.
Tickets are issued exclusively in electronic format and will be verified as such prior to entering the Congress Venue. In case of doubt, the Organizer reserves the right to verify a Participant’s eligibility to participate at any time during the event.
Participation in the Congress is voluntary and open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity, and have received confirmation of participation sent by the Organizer. The number of in-person participants is limited to 200, and the online space capacity is capped at 1,000. (Note: Online participation has no limit on the number of attendees).
The Organizer does not provide participants with travel, accommodation, meals, or any other services in connection with the Congress.
If a participant cancels their participation, the ticket is non-refundable.
Registrations made by institutions or entities/persons acting on behalf of others (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Group Registrations”) are treated as individual registrations. All rights accruing to individual participants (including, without limitation, the rights referred to in § 5 and § 6 section 3 below) shall, in the case of Group Registrations, belong to the entities making such registrations (subject to the right of participation itself, which belongs to the individuals on whose behalf the Group Registration is made, corresponding to the number of tickets purchased). Any settlements between the entity making a Group Registration and the individuals on whose behalf it is made are solely subject to agreements between such entities and individuals.
A change in the Congress program does not constitute grounds for a ticket refund or its equivalent in any form.
For technical matters related to ticket sales, Participants should contact the online payment gateway directly.
The rules for online participation constitute an annex to these Regulations.
3. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints by Congress participants regarding the Organizer should be submitted in writing by registered mail with delivery confirmation to the registered address of the Organizer no later than 14 days from the end date of the Congress.
The Organizer shall consider complaints submitted in accordance with Section 3.1 within 14 days from the date of its receipt by registered mail.
Upon expiration of the above-mentioned deadline, no complaints will be considered.
The rules set out above do not exclude or limit any rights of participants resulting from mandatory provisions of law.
4. ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
The Organizer may, at its own discretion:
Indicate a different date or location for the Congress. In such case, participants retain the right to participate in the Congress at the new location or date set by the Organizer, unless they inform the Organizer of their resignation from participation within 7 days of receiving information about the new date or location. The Organizer will refund registration fees for participants who resigned to the bank accounts from which the payments were made. Failure to inform the Organizer within the aforementioned 7-day period shall be equivalent to accepting the new date or location of the Congress;
or
Cancel the Congress. In such case, the Organizer will either refund the ticket purchase price to participants or provide participants, as part of the purchase made, with the opportunity to attend the Congress online.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data of Participants are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, i.e., the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
The Administrator (Data Controller) of the Participants’ personal data is the Organizer.
Personal data of Participants will be processed in connection with the organization of the Congress and solely for the purpose of maintaining security on the Congress Premises, and will not be stored longer than the duration of the Congress.
Providing personal data and consenting to their processing is voluntary.
Recipients of the Participant’s personal data may also include state sanitary and law enforcement services to fulfill an obligation carried out in the public interest, and in the case of image processing—entities providing ICT infrastructure services to the Organizer.
Every Participant has the right to:
request access to their personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
object to the processing of personal data and request data portability;
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
A complaint regarding the manner of personal data processing may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Photos and videos taken during the Congress may be used in promotional materials for the Congress, the Organizer, as well as workshop facilitators and speakers participating in the Congress.
Participation in the Congress constitutes consent to the royalty-free use of the Participant’s image recorded in the form of photographs or video recordings (excluding audiovisual recordings of coaching/therapeutic sessions in which the Participant takes part during the Congress) and granting the Organizer a royalty-free license to use it across all fields of exploitation, including:
recording and dissemination in any form for the benefit of the Organizer and its Partners;
storing in computer memory;
use for the promotion and organization of the Congress by the Organizer;
sharing with the Organizer’s partners for their promotion in the context of their participation in the Congress, including posting and publishing in Congress publications, on the Organizer’s printed promotional materials, in the press, on websites, and in television, cinema, and radio broadcasts.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
In the event that the Congress does not take place for reasons solely attributable to the Organizer, the Organizer shall promptly refund the amounts paid by participants to the bank accounts from which the registration fees were made.
In the event that the Congress does not take place for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the Participant is not entitled to compensation or a refund of any fees associated with participation in the Congress.
The Organizer may change the date and venue of the Congress without giving any reason. In such event, participants retain the right to participate in the Congress at the new location or time set by the Organizer, unless, within 7 days of receiving information about the new date or time from the Organizer, they notify the Organizer of their resignation from participation and provide a bank account number to which the Organizer can refund the registration fee (failure to provide notification by the participant within the aforementioned period shall be equivalent to acceptance of the new date or venue of the Congress).
Any disputes that may arise from participation in the Congress shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
The Participant is obliged to comply with all regulations, order requirements, and sanitary measures applicable at the Congress venue (including organizational and technical instructions and commands from representatives of the Organizer and the manager of the facility where the Congress is held). Individuals who are aggressive, under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances, or otherwise in breach of the Regulations or public order standards will be excluded from participation in the Congress (without the right to further participation and without the right to a refund of any fees or costs incurred).
The Participant is obliged to present to the Organizer proof of any special entitlement valid on the date of the Congress enabling participation in public gatherings regardless of applicable restrictions, should their legal participation depend on it—especially if the number of registered participants exceeds the maximum limit specified by the laws in force at that time.
During the Congress, marketing of one’s own products/services or those of third parties is strictly prohibited (unless prior written consent has been granted by the Organizer), as is the promotion of content prohibited by law or principles of social coexistence.
Recording, filming, and photographing individuals attending the Congress, its proceedings, as well as the content presented, is strictly prohibited (unless prior written consent has been granted by the Organizer).
The Organizer assumes no liability for participants’ personal belongings that may be lost, damaged, or stolen during the Congress. Participants bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them on the premises of the facilities where any Congress-related activities take place.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Regulations. Such amendments shall enter into force within 7 days from the date they are sent to participants via email (to the email address provided during registration).
Terms and Conditions for Registration and Online Participation in the 2nd International Provocative Approach Congress (Online Participation)
Compliance with these Regulations is mandatory due to the interactive format of the workshop/training, which requires Participants to meet specific conditions.
The purpose of these Regulations is to ensure the creation of a space that facilitates and enables Participants to engage fully, safely, and effectively in a high-quality learning process of the provocative approach during the workshop/training.
By purchasing a ticket, the Participant accepts these Regulations of the 2nd International Provocative Approach Congress.
Guidelines for Collaboration When Joining Us Online
Below you will find a few valuable tips that will help us collaborate smoothly. The purpose of these guidelines is to create a seamless space that bridges the in-person classroom with remote learning. Online workshops and hybrid connections enable fully effective, interactive, and safe participation in the process of learning the provocative approach—bringing participants closer together regardless of where they are in the world, while making it much easier to balance daily responsibilities with personal and professional growth.
Technical Requirements & Recommendations
Internet Connection: Before the meeting, please ensure you have access to a stable internet connection.
Battery & Charger: If you are using a mobile device, make sure it is sufficiently charged, and keep a charger close at hand just in case.
Audio Quality: For optimal sound quality, we recommend using headphones with a microphone.
Camera & Microphone: The device you use should have a working camera and microphone so you can fully participate in the workshop/training (we want to see and hear you!).
Environment: Choose a quiet location where you will have the right conditions for focused, uninterrupted participation. We encourage you to find a space where you won’t be disturbed, allowing you to feel comfortable taking part in exercises and discussions.
Technical Support: If you experience any unexpected technical issues during the workshop, please let us know right away. Depending on the situation, the preferred contact channels are: in-meeting chat, a phone call, or a text message (SMS to +48 535 006 846).
People Come First
The workshops take place in an atmosphere of openness and respect for others; therefore, all topics discussed during the session must remain confidential and should not be shared outside of it.
Only non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed during the workshop.
The workshop may not be recorded in any form (audio/video) by anyone other than the Foundation’s team.
To create a shared and engaging environment, you are required to participate actively, interact with the facilitators and other attendees, and take part in the proposed exercises and skill practice—making a working camera and microphone essential.
To ensure full interaction, you are required to keep your camera and microphone turned on and active throughout the entire workshop.
Participants who do not follow the rule above will be asked to turn on their camera and microphone and actively engage in the workshop.
Refusal to actively participate in the workshop as described in point 5 is equivalent to consenting to removal from the meeting.
