Psychologist, Family therapist, PhD student, Teacher at University of Almería, Author
Is a provocative psychologist and family therapist. He works in his private practice in Leiden, The Netherlands, with international clients. He teaches master students in the clinical psychology at the “Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam”. Via the PhD program of the University of Almería in Spain he is investigating the role of humor in psychotherapy. He gives lectures, courses and workshops all around Europe, mainly in Spain and The Netherlands. But also at the Wielkopolskie Towarzystwo Terapii Systemowej in Poznań (Poland). He is the author of the book “Provocative Therapy, the therapist as the devil’s advocate” that has been published in Spanish, Dutch and English. He’s married and has two daughters.
