Dominika Stróżyńska

Coach (Certified Gallup Strengths Coach), trainer, and psychologist in training (currently in her final semester of studies), as well as an interpreter for French- and English-language workshops, a yoga teacher, and a vocalist, fascinated by the world of improvisation (both theatrical and contact improv). Her passion for psychology and human development is intertwined with dance, football, sailing, improv, and relaxing in a hammock. In recent years, she has been focusing on neurodiversity, and is currently writing her master’s thesis on humor styles in the context of ADHD.

She grew professionally in the corporate world, working as a team leader, supervisor, and later as a manager leading international teams. Ultimately, after 15 years in corporate life, longing for connections beyond the corporate sphere, she pivoted her career path toward coaching and training, grounded in psychology. Although she spent many years in business and knows it inside out—and continues to deliver training in these areas—she holds closer to her heart the everyday challenges (which she has also experienced firsthand), such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and a lack of self-compassion.

She discovered the provocative approach in 2018. She had the opportunity to learn from Joanna Czarnecka, later assisting in training programs, as well as co-creating and co-facilitating Provocare initiatives.

The provocative approach holds a very special place in her life—it is deeply close to her, bringing fresh energy, effectiveness, and vitality to the process of change. She is fascinated by the inner workings of this method, which feels like one of the world’s great mysteries, making its practical application a continuous challenge for the practitioner (even when it can be described through the lens of specific mechanisms and tools).
