Bożena Grabowska – Master Certified Coach (ICF), certified ICC coach, business trainer, facilitator, and supervisor of the Clean Coaching Process method. For over two decades, she has supported leaders, teams, and organizations in discovering their potential, shaping identity, and enhancing effectiveness. Her approach blends systemic thinking, deep attentiveness, and remarkable intuition — as she puts it, she works with “an open heart and a well-trained, sensitive nose.”
Since 2002, Bożena has led training and coaching processes, specializing in personal and managerial development, executive coaching, conflict resolution (both relational and organizational), and building cultures of communication and collaboration. She supports individuals and teams through potential diagnostics, skills training, one-on-one coaching, and team coaching.
Bożena holds a degree in Media Pedagogy from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, completed the Business Trainer School in Kraków, and studied Psychology in Management. She is certified as an IP 121 Career Coach (no. 0010) and conducts personality assessments for career development. Since 2011, she has been a certified facilitator and supervisor of the Clean Coaching Process method, and since 2018, she has trained advanced coaches in this approach.
