Is a certified, independent coach, specializing in coaching top management as well as facilitations and mediations. He provides developmental support to top management in the areas of leadership, managerial competencies, and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of senior leaders in their business reality. He has over a dozen years of experience in building and developing the awareness of leaders in their roles, in team management, managing crisis situations in organizations, and in cooperation with strategic business partners. He works with individuals in a one-on-one formula, as well as with teams.
Furthermore, he conducts innovative coaching expeditions to the mountains, during which he works with people on solving the most important dilemmas of their professional and personal lives, where he simultaneously invites them to two journeys – the one along mountain trails and, above all, to the most important one – deep within themselves, to meet themselves and stand in their truth, where he helps discover their lights and shadows and face what constitutes a challenge.
Privately, he is a father of two sons, a passion-driven person fascinated by the world of another human being. He loves music, while being an amateur of expeditions to the mountains of the whole world, Eastern martial arts, and communing with nature. He is passionate about spirituality, quantum physics, and neurobiology.
