ABOUT THE CONGRESS
Dear Sir/Madam, The Provocare Foundation – Institute cordially invites you to participate in the II International Congress of Provocativeness, which will be held in a hybrid format, both online and in person.
This congress is the first event of its kind in the world, focusing on psychology, therapeutic and artistic methods based on paradox and absurdity. Its innovative nature makes it a pioneering forum that brings together experts, practitioners, enthusiasts, and those interested in exploring and developing this novel field. The initiative undoubtedly contributes to building a community focused on the exchange of ideas, experiences, and information about current research and practical applications of provocative, improvisational, and derivative methods. This event could become a place where new theories, methods, and standards in the fields of Provocative Therapy and Provocative Coaching are shaped, influencing the development of these specializations on a global scale

The Provocare Foundation was established following the development of the activities of the Provocare Institute – the Institute for a Provocative Approach, which was authorized in 2010 by Franka Farrelly – the creator of Provocative Therapy.

Access to all Congress events.
Online
Event Streaming: October 16th – full day, and October 17th-19th – excluding sessions marked in the agenda as “In-person only” (for these sessions, you can participate as an observer only).
Special Event: Remote access to a provocative improvisational performance with elements of pantomime, as well as the premiere of the documentary film and the book about Frank Farrelly.
Convenience: An ideal option for those outside Warsaw or those who prefer remote participation.
Congress Library: Access to recordings from October 16th–18th, 2026.

Yes. Every person attending the Congress will receive a certificate confirming participation — in electronic form sent to the email address provided during registration, and in printed form handed out on site. Certificates will be prepared both for participation in specific events and for the Congress as a whole.

Training materials will be made available:
during the Congress,
after the Congress, based on:
materials provided by the speaker,
or, with the speaker’s consent, materials prepared on the basis of lectures and workshops and then sent to participants within the timeframe specified in the event regulations,
in the Congress Library – in accordance with the purchased ticket.
This way, participants will be able to revisit key content and deepen their reflection after the Congress ends.
Yes. Presentations by foreign-language speakers will be simultaneously interpreted into Polish. Likewise, selected presentations by Polish speakers will also be translated live into English. We provide professional interpreting support so that every participant can fully benefit from the content presented during the Congress.
Tickets are non-exchangeable. Please register carefully. If needed, you may contact the organizer regarding transferring the ticket to another person, in accordance with the applicable rules.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please make thoughtful decisions when registering. If needed, you may contact the organizer regarding the possible transfer of the ticket to another person.
No, lunch is not included in the ticket price. Participants will be able to use available catering options on site or in nearby venues. Permanent refreshments will be provided during breaks.
Yes. However, please remember that tickets may sell out – the number of in-person places is limited. We encourage you to buy your ticket online in advance to guarantee your participation.

The funds collected from participants’ payments for Congress 2026 will be allocated:
first of all — to cover the organizational costs related to the Congress,
any surplus — will be allocated to the statutory purposes of the Provocare Foundation.

We invite you to a special evening event, available both in person in Warsaw and online.
Improvisational-pantomime performance
The performance has an improvisational, provocative, and pantomime character. In the spirit of silent cinema, inspired by the work of Charlie Chaplin – subtle, funny, moving, and full of expression.
Documentary film premiere
After the screening, there will be a conversation with the creators and protagonists of the documentary, opening a space for reflection and dialogue.
The entire event will be interpreted into Polish and English, with an international audience in mind.
