Guidelines for Collaboration During Online Workshops
Below you’ll find a few helpful tips to support smooth cooperation between you and us. These guidelines are designed to create a shared space that bridges in-person workshops with remote learning environments.
Online and hybrid workshops offer a fully effective, interactive, and safe way to engage in the process of learning provocativeness. They bring participants together—regardless of where in the world they are—and often make it easier to balance personal responsibilities with the desire for growth.
Technical Guidelines
Before the session, please ensure you have access to a stable internet connection.
If you’re using a mobile device, make sure it’s fully charged—and keep a charger nearby just in case.
For better sound quality, we recommend using headphones with a microphone.
Your device should have a working camera—we want to see and hear you so you can fully benefit from the workshop/training.
Choose a space where you can participate without interruptions. Ideally, no one should disturb you, and you should feel comfortable engaging in exercises and discussions.
If unexpected technical issues arise during the workshop, please let us know. Depending on the situation, preferred contact channels include: in-meeting chat, phone call, or text message (SMS to +48 535 006 846).
The Human Being Comes First
These workshops are held in an atmosphere of openness and mutual respect. Therefore, all content discussed during the session must remain confidential and should not be shared outside the meeting.
Only non-alcoholic beverages are permitted during the workshop.
Recording the workshop in any form (audio/video) is strictly prohibited for anyone other than the Foundation team.
To ensure the gathering feels like a shared space, you are expected to actively participate, engage with facilitators and fellow participants, and take part in the proposed exercises and skill-building activities. For this reason, both camera and microphone are required.
To honor this interaction, you are required to keep your camera and microphone on and use them throughout the entire workshop.
Participants who do not comply with this rule will be asked to turn on their camera and microphone and actively join the session.
Refusal to participate actively as described in point 5 will be understood as consent to be removed from the meeting.
